Will Gerhard lives in San Clemente with his wife Kara and their precious daughter Adalee. Will began serving as a volunteer with FCA in 2016 at FCA So Cal Baseball camps. Once Will retired from baseball in 2020, he joined staff full-time in Orange County. Will has served as an area representative, area director, and now serves as the multi-area director of Orange County.
