Will Gerhard lives in San Clemente with his wife, Kara, and their two children, Adalee and Titus. Will began serving as a volunteer with FCA in 2016 at FCA So Cal Baseball camps. Once Will retired from baseball in 2020, he joined staff full-time in Orange County. Will has served as an area representative, area director, multi-area director, and now serves as the director of Southern California.
