Staff drive ministry impact. Our goal over the next three years is to fully fund our current staff and to add 200 new hires across the region (NorCal: $5M; SoCal $10.9M; Hawaii: $2.1M; Nevada: $1.8M; FCA Sport $1M)
Over the next three years, we will expand to 3,000 ministry programs (including camps, huddles, FCA Sports teams and leagues). These programs will have a Gospel reach of 500,000 coaches and athletes and their families.
WIth God leading us into the era of reaching every coach and athlete we need places to play. We will look to rent, lease and own FCA facilities throughout the Pacific Southwest region.
