Mike Brown is a partner and lead advisor with Dowling & Yahnke. Dowling & Yahnke provides investment management and financial planning services to high net worth families and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Dowling & Yahnke, Mike was a Partner at Deloitte, where he spent fifteen years working with public companies and private equity investor clients. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designations, is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He completed his undergraduate work at Oakland University (Michigan), where he majored in Accounting and graduated summa cum laude.

Mike and his wife Jennifer have been married for 24 years. They have two teenage daughters and have lived in San Diego since 2012.
