Jason has spent most of his career in the chemical industry, working his way up the ranks within TRiiSO. Jason acquired TRiiSO in 2008 and integrated the acquisition of the TryLine LLC in 2015. TRiiSO has grown from a seven-million-dollar Sales Representative company to a one hundred-million-dollar Distribution business. Jason spent six years in TEC/Vistage early in his career learning the nuances of running a small entrepreneurial business.

The Lord is transforming Jason’s roadmap into the workings of his business, his family, his time, treasures and talents. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Hiram College. Jason sees many similarities between Vistage and Halftime and wants to apply the Vistage principles with the Halftime focus on God and Jesus into each aspect of his life.

Jason is heavily involved in coaching youth sports within the local community. Jason and Patty have been happily married for over twenty years and are blessed to have a growing family: Bradan – 11; Eion – 9; Keira -7. They live in Rancho Santa Fe, CA; attend Santa Fe Christian Schools; and are members at Venture Church in Encinitas, CA
